Welcome to The Parrot Patch

I have been breeding parrots now for the last 8 years and now have about 160 Parrots they consist off 8 different species off parrots cockatiels, princess parrots, galahs, indian ring neck parrots, conures, burke parrots, turquoisini parrots, Quaker parrots, eclectus parrots,and very shortly a macaw will be coming into the flock.
The reason I started with parrots is I had a bad accident and could no longer work at my regular job as a machinery operator so I started with a few parrots to give me something to do and keep my mind working it has helped a lot and I loved it.
My few parrots have now turned into quite a few and I now have 160 parrots and now I have built this website theparrotpatch.com with the intent to help other people who are looking for information about caring for parrots.

I know what I am talking about and have had years off hands on experience and provide
good content and products at a reasonable price.They can contact me if they run into problems with their pet parrots.
Through my dealings with these birds I now realize that they are quite like humans and each one has a different personality and behaviour  and are actually very intelligent.
Hand raising the young is a very rewarding process they become very friendly and regard you are there parent when they get older regard you as their friend you need to handle them at least once a day if possible.
